The Federation is a bridge between art and society, East and West, tradition and modernity, Singapore and the world.

Since its establishment, the International Art & Culture (Singapore) Federation has united creators in Chinese calligraphy, Chinese painting, Western art, sculpture, photography, music, dance and theatre. Through exhibitions, performances, competitions, forums and lectures, it has fostered artistic exchange and enriched Singapore's multicultural landscape.

Its activities span Mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East — from international painting and calligraphy exhibitions to piano and youth art competitions and the Brilliant Art Rhapsody International Art Exchange Exhibition.
